The amorphous alloy wound core transformer produced by our company is made of a new type of magnetic conductive material - amorphous alloy winding core . transformer Compared with a silicon steel core transformer, its no-load loss is reduced by about 80%, and the no-load current is reduced by about 80%. It is a distribution transformer with ideal energy-saving effect at present, and is especially suitable for rural power grids and developing areas. Where the load rate is low. Product characteristics

The transformer core is made of amorphous alloy strip coil, and the no-load loss is about 80% lower than that of the S9 transformer and about 25% lower than the specified value of JB/T 10318.
The low voltage transformer adopts copper foil coil to enhance the transformers ability to withstand short circuit.

The transformer connection group adopts Dyn11 to reduce the influence of harmonics on the power grid and improve the quality of power supply.

The fuel tank and the cover are welded into a fully sealed structure, which extends the service life and is maintenance-free.
The transformer uses vacuum oiling to completely eliminate bubbles in the coil and ensure stable insulation performance.
Before each transformer leaves the factory, full wave lightning impact experiment with peak voltage 25% higher than the national standard is carried out to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the transformer.
